It includes a compulsory twin-shaft asphalt mixer, a drying drum, a first-stage air purification system, a bucket elevator (skip) for supplying cold aggregate for drying, an electronic bitumen batcher, a bitumen exhaust gas exhaust fan pump, a filter fan, a screw conveyor for feeding surfactants ( SAW), SAW bunker, fuel barrel, fuel pump, diesel burner.
Aggregate batcher include 3 5 cubic meters bins, one for sand and two for different size of crushed stone. Two valves for each hopper, each valve has its own pneumatic cylinder. Under the bunkers is a conveyor-dispenser, it measures weight of the aggregate. The entire unit is located on the chassis.
The mini asphalt plant is very compact and completely autonomous. The asphalt plant is mounted on a trailer with 4 pneumatic tires, equipped with a pull rod and a rotary platform for easy towing. All controls are at your fingertips.
In the design of the installation, the main role is played by the availability of all parts and places for lubrication for regular and quick maintenance. All materials used are in a quality construction that meets the technical requirements and is properly inspected.
