60m³ Belt conveyor Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

Stationary modular concrete batching plant of Belt conveyor type with a 36 m3 aggregate bin *4, a  twin shaft mixer JS1500, loading aggregates with an inclined belt conveyor, a Touch control system based on a programmable industrial controller, without a control cabin, 2 cement silos, winter cladding and a system heating aggregates. Actual productivity is up to 50 m3/h of compacted concrete with a mixing time of 30 seconds, an unloading time of 15 seconds and full production tasks (multiples of 1 m3). Productivity may be limited by the ability of concrete mixers to receive concrete mix.
