Thanks to the cable connections left in assembled form during transportation, as well as to the connection elements of the units and components of the batching plant, the time for putting the plant into working condition is reduced.
Mobile Master 60 does not require special foundations; it is quickly assembled at the construction site within 2 to 5 days. The loading of sand and gravel into the feed hoppers is carried out by a front-end wheel loader from the ramp or by means of a conveyor belt with a receiving hopper for unloading dump trucks and a swiveling funnel for distributing materials to the corresponding pockets.
Dosing of water, aggregate and cement takes place separately and at the same time with the help of load cells, guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of the weight dosing of the mixture components. Dispensed aggregate are fed into a JS1000 twin shaft mixer using a skip hoist equipped with a discharge hatch through which materials are loaded into the mixer.
